I have only you
This was written amidst all the chaos and adjustment to our new schedules and workplace, when both of us were facing new challenges in life and couldn't give each other time
I want to share how I feel, my love,
The little things that hurt or move.
But if you also won’t listen to my plea,
Who else will be there for me?
I only wish you’d give me time,
Lend me your ear, just hear my voice.
Let me express my heart sincerely,
Even if it’s sorrow or jealousy.
I want you to know each feeling inside,
For I found peace with you by my side.
I know you’re tired, your patience thin,
So I think before I share what's within.
